BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies
Overview
The BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies is a short-course programme that allows you to develop your management skills obtained in the BTEC Advanced Professional Certificate in Management Studies and provide you with the key skills and knowledge required to enhance your performance in employment. Students who enrol on this course are normally those in employment who aspire to managerial positions and wish to further their knowledge and understanding or those who are preparing to enter the world of employment with a view to undertaking a managerial role or those who are returning to their career after a period of time out of the workplace and who wish to take on a managerial role upon their return.
Course details
This Diploma is a 270 hour qualification which comprises 9 units of 30 hours each. To achieve the whole qualification, a learner must successfully complete 3 core units and 6 of the specialist units. We also strongly encourage students to partake in relevant work experience, whether this is by part-time or full-time employment or through work experience placements.
