It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Regent Independent College (RIC), which provides a friendly and nurturing environment for students as they study their A Levels and prepare for the next steps on their academic journey.
RIC was founded over 20 years by Selva and Tharshiny Pankaj and has developed into a centre of excellence for A Levels, enabling students to progress on to degree courses at top universities.
Our students benefit from small group sizes, taught by outstanding subject teachers in our well-equipped premises in the heart of London’s West End.
Moreover, our students benefit from excellent pastoral care. A key feature of the education on offer at RIC is personal development. To help students achieve this, we offer the Thinking into Character initiative, a programme which fosters personal growth and augments the skills and knowledge students will need for success in their studies, as well as in their careers and lives beyond that.

Whilst Regent Independent College has a robust and highly experienced professional team, the proprietors acknowledge the immense benefit that external perspective, insight, experience and challenge can bring and therefore are supported in the management and oversight of the College by an Advisory Panel which meets twice each year.
THINKING INTO CHARACTER
In addition to academic success, it is important that students become productive members of modern British society. We also recognise that personal renewal is a process that takes place over the course of a person’s entire life and, in line with our ethos, ‘the end result of education is character,’ we want our students to develop their own personal skills that will enable them to move onto the next stage of their education as well-rounded individuals with an understanding of the laws of nature. Bearing in mind the enhancement of each student’s personal renewal, we have developed an innovative programme ‘Thinking into Character’.
