On 11th September, Mr Hurl and his team gave new students, joining Regent Independent College for the first time, an induction to welcome them to the College. The day started off by welcoming students and their parents with an introductory assembly, followed by the chance to meet all the new students’ subject teachers. A brunch of juice and delicious pastries followed after which the parents left for the day. Presentations on safeguarding and health and safety followed and the students were taken on a tour of the College to familiarise themselves with their new surroundings. Students were then provided with a folder of information to read and forms to fill and to finish off the day were introduced to their Form Tutors.
